These terms govern your use of the Sorva platform. By accessing the service you agree to them. We've kept them as plain-language as legally possible — if you have questions, contact us before using the platform.
Service
Sorva provides a routing platform for outpatient referrals, prior authorization assistance, and care-loop closure. Clinical decision authority remains with the licensed physician.
Physician approval
Nothing Sorva drafts (prior-auth narratives, patient communications, routing decisions) is submitted to an external party without an authenticated physician approval. You are responsible for reviewing Sorva's outputs before approving them.
Not medical advice
Sorva is an administrative platform. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical decisions independent of a licensed clinician.
Acceptable use
Don't use Sorva to handle data outside the scope of your authorized BAA, to attempt to extract bulk PHI, or to bypass the physician-in-the-loop controls.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not provide warranties beyond those required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Wake County, NC.
