Two founders watched outside orders fail people they loved — weeks waiting for a scan, nobody able to say where it stood. So we built the layer that carries an order to the other office and brings the result back.

When a primary-care clinician orders care that another organization must deliver, the order leaves the practice's system of record and no system is accountable for it. Sorva is the layer above the EHR that owns that seam: routing, patient outreach, prior-auth drafting, and matching the result back to the order.
Multi-site independent primary-care groups pay an annual contract priced against the coordinator labor Sorva replaces — never per referral. The specialist office that receives the order uses Sorva for free. That is how the other half of the network gets built.
The specialist is usually on a different system from the sender. Sorva sits above both rather than inside either, so it works whichever EHR is on each side — and gives the agents the EHR vendors are now shipping somewhere to hand an order that leaves.
Live at Virginia Pediatric Group — four sites, forty physicians, about sixty referrals a week — with a second paid pilot under way. Intake at the practice is a manual step today; direct order detection from the EHR is the next integration.
